The World Athletics Championships 2022 is taking place in Eugene, Oregon, in the United States, from July 15 and will run till July 24. This will be the eighteenth edition of the World Athletics Championships and the finals will be held at the 30,000-seat University of Oregon Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, which was recently refurbished.
Avinash Sable of India will compete in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase final on Day Four of the 2022 World Athletics Championships at Hayward Field Stadium at the University of Oregon in Eugene, USA, on July 19, 2022. On Day 4 of the WAC 2022, Sable is the lone Indian participant in battle. At 7:50 AM IST/2:20 AM GMT , the 3000 meter steeplechase final is scheduled to begin.
After placing third in his heat and posting a time of 8:18.75 in Eugene, Oregon, Avinash Sable qualified for the final at the World Athletics Championships for the second time in a row. Sable last raced in the Doha World Championships Final in 2019, where he set a national record time of 8:21.37 but came in a dismal 13th place out of 15 competitors. But it was almost three years ago, and Avinash Sable has since become a far better athlete. He still holds the Indian national record, but his 8:12.48 time is over 9 seconds faster.

2022 World Athletics Championships Prize Money And Where to Watch: Live Stream & TV Telecast?
NBC Sports is the owner of the television rights to the championships in the US. Meanwhile, in some regions, viewers will be able to watch the event live on the World Athletics Facebook and YouTube accounts.
At the most recent World Championships in Doha in 2019, athletes who finished in the top eight in their respective sports received a combined total of $75,30,000 in prize money. An additional $2 million has been added to this pool for the 2022 competition. The prize money for the 44 individual World Championship events will increase by $23,000, for a total increase of $1 million.
