Eight teams are competing in South Africa with the 2022 Men’s Nations Cup championship and qualification for the 2023–24 FIH Pro League on the line. These eight teams were divided into two groups in accordance with FIH regulations, and the top two teams from each group would advance to the semifinal round after the preliminary stage matches.

2022 Men’s FIH Nations Cup Results Today, Schedule, Date, Time, Venue, Format, & Semi-Finalists
There were many offensive displays on day 2 of 2022 FIH Hockey Men’s Nations Cup as every team was able to register at least one goal. As the semi-final image began to take shape, some felt elation and others felt anguish. With only one pool match to play in FIH Nations Cup, Korea, Ireland, & South Africa have each achieved two victories in two games to qualify for the semi-final. Meanwhile, after receiving no points from their first two games, Pakistan, Canada, & France are no longer eligible to qualify.
Malaysia’s comeback victory over Canada and subsequent matchup with Japan in the last pool match keep their chances of qualifying alive. Malaysia will join Korea in the semifinals if they win, while Japan will be satisfied with a draw due to their better goal differential. After rest day on Wednesday, all remaining preliminary stage games will resume on 1st December. From November 28 to December 4, 2022, this competition will be hosted at Potchefstroom, South Africa’s NWU Astro, and the victor will have the opportunity to qualify for the 2023–2024 FIH Pro League season.
