The eighteenth edition of the World Athletics Championships, Oregon finally concluded yesterday, USA wins the championship with a record medal count, know the 2022 final medals winners table list country wise
World Athletics Championships 2022 ended on July 24th, Sunday with, the USA winning the competition with a record 33 medals overall. which include 13 gold, 9 silver and 11 bronze. USA becomes the first country that has won more medals than any other country in the history of World Championships.

USA maintained its winning streak since day two of the competition and continued to dominate to the last days of the competition. This was the first time that the competition was being held in Hayward Field and no doubt the home team outperformed everyone in their home soil.

In the men’s 35 km race walk, Massimo Stano of Italy took home the gold medal followed by Masatora Kawano of Japan and Perseus Karlström of Sweden for silver and bronze.

In the 100-metre hurdles event, Tobi Amusan of Nigeria produced the world record performance and wins the gold medal followed by Britany Anderson of Jamaica for silver and Jasmine Camacho-Quinn of Peurto Rico for bronze.

In the men’s Pole Vault event, the current world record holder and Olympic Champion Armand Duplantis of Sweden wrote yet another page of history by winning gold in the World Athletics Championships 2022.

In women’s 800 M final, Athing MU of United States become the first ever athlete to win the gold medal in the 800 Metres event.
