Morgan Romano was an honors student at Johnstown High School based in Johnstown, Fulton County, New York. On the 24th of May 2014, she also represented Fulton County at Miss New York’s Outstanding Teen held in 2014, which was her first beauty pageant. She was the runner-up to Cady Ruth Stoever.
In January 2015, Romano was crowned as Miss Fulton County’s Outstanding Teen of 2015. She was also a participant in Miss New York Outstanding Teen 2015 on the 11th of April 2015.
From 2016 to 2020, Romano attended the University of South Carolina based in Columbia, South Carolina where she earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
On the 24th of June, 2017, she represented Midlands at the Miss South Carolina 2017 at The Township Auditorium which is in Columbia and listed in the list of Top 10.
