Where Is The Mexico Grand Prix 2022?
The Mexican Grand Prix takes place near Mexico City at the Autodromo Hermano Rodriguez. Also in 1963, this was the site of the first Grand Prix. For many years, it was the last race of the season. But it was taken off the calendar for more than 30 years before coming back in 2015.
The track is still mostly the same shape as the original track from 1959, which is 2 km above sea level. Also the main difference is that the corner at Peralta has been cut in half, and the track now goes through the old Foro Sol baseball stadium. Therefore some of the most beautiful views in F1 can be seen at the Mexico Grand Prix.
