The 1990s’ teenage heartthrob, actor-model Patric Guzman tragically passed away at the age of 55. However, some reports confirmed, he died on June 15, 2023. The news of his death was announced by comedian-singer Ogie Alcasid on Facebook and Instagram. The post was later deleted by him.
His now-deleted post read, “Here you are, Pat Guzman, with Michael V. and Anjo Yllana in our younger years, doing our photo shoot for our blockbuster ‘Mama’s Boys 1. I am so shocked and sad to know that you have gone to heaven so suddenly. Rest now, brother. I will always remember our wonderful times while filming so many movies together. Be with Jesus.”

His loyal wife, Liezle, and his adored kids, Aiden, Aerielle, and JAM will miss him dearly. In addition to his mother, Jesusa, Theresa (Dave), Beuna, Christine (Scott), and Michael, Patrick is also survived by his siblings. His father, Carlos Guzman (1999), died before him.

Following Patrick Guzman’s tragic death, friends and relatives paid tribute to him. Beverly Vergel, an actress and director, posted a photo from BROmance the Movie, in which Guzman played the lead role, on her Facebook page.
Vergel spoke of Guzman in several posts. She wrote: “Brother, fellow actor, and friend, you are a guy with one of the nicest, most true, and gentlest souls. You merit every compliment possible. Because a man like you is so uncommon, I’m sure everyone who knows you will be unfortunate to learn that you’re rejoining your league of angels in paradise.”
