Former Texas defensive end T’Vondre Sweat was taken into custody on Sunday in Austin, Texas, and accused of driving under the influence.
Sweat was taken into custody on Sunday afternoon and booked at 2:12 p.m. CT, according to jail documents obtained by the Travis County Sheriff’s Office but he was later released after posting a $3,000 bond.

T’Vondre Sweat is an American football defensive tackle who was born on July 11, 2001 in Huntsville, Texas, U.S. The 22-year-old stands 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m) tall with him weighing 164kg.

He attended Texas during his college football career, where he was named unanimously an All-American in 2023 and went on to win the Outland Trophy.
