Asserting that her intentions in releasing the video were purely personal and not driven by any political motives, Seerat emphasized a desire to share her side of the story, revealing that previous perceptions about their family had allegedly been propagated by CM Maan himself.

Seerat Kaur Mann is renowned for being the daughter of Bhagwant Mann, the present chief minister of Punjab. She has been in the news because she accused his father of neglecting his family.
She was born on 21 May 2001 in Chandigarh, India. His father is Bhagwant Mann, a renowned politician and former actor, and his mother is Inderpreet Kaur. She also has one sibling named Dilshan Mann.
Seerat Kaur Mann did his schooling at Auburn Mountainview High School, in Washington. Later, she attended the University of Washington, Seattle, where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts, majored in Public Health and Global Health, and minored in law, societies, and justice. Later, she went on to get an AP Capstone Diploma.
She is currently living in India and is 21 years old.
Her career
Seerat Kaur Mann pursued a degree in the healthcare industry while actively participating in a number of professional capacities. During her travels, she worked for five months as a student research assistant at Seattle Children’s Hospital in Seattle, where she supported medical research projects.
She then moved to the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity at the University of Washington in September 2021, where she was employed as a student associate.
In addition to her work obligations, Seerat Kaur Mann showcased her participation in leadership and educational opportunities programs by taking part in the Scholar Lead Program run by the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship.
