Mohan Kundariya was born on the 6th of September in 1951 and Mohanbhai is an Indian politician. Twelve of Kundariya’s family members including his sister died during the 2022 Morbi bridge collapse. Presently he is 71 years of age.

Mohan Kundariya got married to Amrutben Kundariya in 1973 and they have 3 children together. He was born to Kalyaynji and Nakuben. He is a well-known former Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmer Welfare in the Government of India. He served as a Minister of State from May 2014 to the 5th of July to 2016. Mohanbhai attended local school in Gujarat.

Among the hundreds killed in the suspension bridge which is based in Gujarat’s Morbi city collapsed on Sunday there were 12 members of a BJP MP’s family. Mohanbhai Kalyanji Kundariya is Mohan Kundariya’s full name and he lost 12 family members in the collapse which occurred after the newly-renovated structure snapped due to overcrowding.
“I have lost 12 members of my family, including five children. I lost family members who were from my sister’s family,” Kundariya told India Today.
“NDRF, SDRF and the local administration is now carrying out the search and rescue operation. All those who have survived the mishappening have been rescued and efforts are underway to recover the bodies of those in Machchhu river and also the rescue boats are sent at the spot,” BJP MP stated.
The death toll in the tragedy rose a total of 132 on Monday and the Gujarat Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi gave a statement rescue personnel are looking for two persons believed missing.
The State Home Minister Sanghavi has declared that the state government has formed a committee to investigate the collapse. An FIR was also lodged in the bridge collapse under sections 304, 308, 114.
