Look closely at the t-shirt charged cop killer Miles Pfeffer was wearing when arrested. On the left side is an anti-capitalism/anarchist symbol. Poor little rich kid from tony Doylestown, Pennsylvania, sporting an ANTIFA-like emblem. #ChrisFitzgerald pic.twitter.com/Kyqt2x4mRW

On the 18th of February, 2023, the 31-year-old officer was patrolling 1700 blocks of Montgomery Avenue when Christopher observed three people dressed in dark clothes who were wearing masks. When he attempted to have contact with them, the three of them fled the scene on foot. While two of the males hid and 18-year-old Miles Pfeffer continued to run.
The officer then asked Miles Pfeffer to get ground, resulting in a struggle. Pfeffer had a handgun and shot the officer at least four times before fleeing. Miles Pfeffer was taken into custody the following day from his family home in Buckingham Twp., Bucks County.
He was charged with a Murder case, Homicide of the Law Enforcement Officer, Evading Arrest, and various related charges. The weapon used in the incident has still not been recovered.
As per the court documents, the mother of the suspects allegedly picked him up at 29th Street and Ridge Avenue and then drove him back to their home as she was saying he is innocent. However, it is not clear if the woman knew what was happening when the incident occurred before she picked her son up.

They reportedly identified Pfeffer after watching video footage of the entire shooting incident as this has been a shocking incident and has widely spread all across the media.
