As per various reports, Michele Bundy has filed a motion for leave to submit a third amended complaint in her ongoing lawsuit against the 56-year-old former professional football tight end in 2024.
This motion, along with the proposed third amended complaint has been submitted to the Supreme Court of the New York State, County of New York. The amended complaint has accuses Shannon Sharpe of making a series of defamatory statements.
Additionally, it also accuses Sharpe of engaging in abusive behavior that have severely impacted Michele Bundyโs personal and professional life.

What Did the Complaint Reveal?
The complaint filed by Bundy introduces new evidence and statements to further backup allegations made by Bundy against Sharpe.
These allegations includes defamation, libel, slander, abuse and emotional distress. Reportedly, these statements were made on public platforms such as television show titled โUndisputed,โ and the official YouTube channel of Sharpe, โNightcap.โ
These complaints describes that the alleged statements have severe physiological impact on Bundy including trauma, anxiety, and difficulties maintaining her professional standing and employment.
These complaints outlines a series of incidents dating back to 2002 including an alleged assault by Sharpe. These complaint filed by Michele Bundy aims to hold Sharpe accountable for his actions and seeks damages for the harm inflicted on Bundy.
Bundy had told cops that Sharpe “forced [her] to have s*x with him” and threatened her life back in 2010. However, officials in Fulton County, Georgia tell us Sharpe was not arrested and is not being investigated.
She had also accused the former Denver Bronco of assault, threatened her life, and stalked her. She met Sharpe when she received media credentials while working for a television station in Denver, giving her access to the Broncos’ locker room and games. and lived in New York for approximately five years before returning to Denver and then moving to the Atlanta area.
