Marc William Hynes, is a former British racing driver who was born on February 26, 1978, in Guildford, United Kingdom. Despite not achieving a lot of success during his career as a professional racing driver, he built some notable connections, including Lewis Hamilton. As a result, when Hamilton set up Mission 44, he chose Marc to handle the organization.

Hamilton and Marc initially met when they were racing together in the British Junior Karting Championships. Despite being in different leagues, they formed a close friendship, and back in 2016, Lewis appointed Marc Hynes as the manager of Mission 44, a charitable organization. Lewis set up the organization to help children from underprivileged communities receive education, career opportunities, and motivation.
Interestingly, Hamilton has won the championship every year since Hynes joined Mission 44. However, since Hynes left the organization in 2021, Lewis Hamilton has not won a single race. Notably, Marc will now return as an advisor for Lewis as Hamilton prepares to win another championship under Mercedes, who have undergone several changes in the past two years. While the team has high hopes for the 2024 season, realistically speaking, the team will be able to challenge for the championship only by 2025. As such, Marc Hynes has a lot of work to do besides Lewis Hamilton.
