Qatar are hosting the tournament from November 20 till December 18, 2022. This year, the tournament features Laโeeb as the official mascot, which was unveiled during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Final Draw in Doha.

He further added how Laโeeb comes from the mascot-verse an indescribable place open to everyoneโs imagination in interpreting. Al Mawlawi further shared how he believed that fans everywhere will love the fun and playful mascot. The team believes that Laโeeb will play a vital role in bringing together the fans during the FIFA World Cup.
