The company’s decision was made after he posted a TikTok video that he couldn’t find good food in Bodegas in the city. The video was widely criticized and several internet users called him a racist.

For some reason, critics call him “Midwest Chad.” This is a derogatory term for white men that cannot be understood in other cultures. His TikTok video is private, but clips of his original video are available on Twitter.
