A few hours after Karan Johar had expressed his displeasure with Kettan Singh for imitating him on Madness Machayenge, the comedian sincerely apologised to the director of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, emphasising that his goal had never been to cause him any harm.
Kettan said, “I just wanted to entertain audience but if I did something extra, I would like to say sorry.”
Karan Johar highlighted that he was sitting with his mother and watching television. He watched a preview for a comedy reality show on what seemed to be a respectable channel. A comic was making very bad taste jokes about him. He anticipated this from trolls and anonymous individuals, but it said volumes about the times we live in when someone in the same industry can treat someone who has over 25 years of experience with disrespect.
Kettan Singh was born to Moti Chandra Singh. He grew up with his sister Swati Singh Taneja and brother Pradeep Singh. Kettan is 5ft 9in tall and 65 kg in weight. He did his Bachelors in Technology from Mumbai University. After graduating, he joined a theatre group and began his career.
