The video of Christopher Bouie Jr shooting Tank Dell in the Cabana Live nightclub in Sanford, Florida has gone viral
A 16-year-old accused of shooting 10 people at a party in Florida has been arrested, with authorities stating they were on the scene at the time and heard numerous gunshots.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies arrived at the Cabana Live event venue near Sanford to “establish an area patrol due to a large crowd, estimated at around 200 people.”

The authorities noted that the event was advertised as “No One Leaves Sober” and was being held without the necessary event permit. Shortly after deputies arrived, they heard multiple gunshots coming from the back of the venue, causing the crowd to scatter.
When deputies entered the building, they learned that one of the security officers, among the 10 on-site, had apprehended the suspect, 16-year-old Christopher Bouie.
During a statement, Sheriff Dennis Lemma said, “He tackled this guy from behind, secured his weapon, and handed him over to us in handcuffs.”
According to the police report, witnesses reported a fist fight ensued inside Cabana Live, at which time, an uninvolved Black male,16-year-old Christopher Bouie Jr wearing black pants and a gray and black jacket, turned around and pulled out a handgun and began shooting.
Tank Dell, a wide receiver for NFL’s Houston Texans, was wounded Sunday in the shooting as well in Sanford, Florida that injured 10 people.
Deputies then discovered that 10 people had been shot, but none of the injuries were life-threatening. By Monday afternoon, nine of the victims had been treated and released from the hospital.
What Did Police Investigation Reveal?
Investigators believe the violence erupted from a fight, during which Bouie “fired multiple rounds.” However, they later found out there was a second, unidentified shooter who fired additional rounds and remains at large.
Bouie has been charged with attempted homicide, discharging a firearm on public property, displaying and using a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a minor. Authorities are investigating how Bouie entered the venue with a weapon.
According to a post updated by Cabana Live, an event venue, on social media, the place was reserved for a private event at the time.
A statement from them reads, “As most of you have heard, there was an incident outside our establishment last night. We are working closely with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and our thoughts are with everyone affected.
“We had rented out our venue for a private event, and we’re still gathering details as the investigation unfolds to understand what led to this isolated event.”
