Who is Caroline Celico?
Caroline Celico is a Brazilian socialite, singer, and former Evangelical pastor. She recently hit headlines when she disclosed that the actual reason she and Ricardo Kaka separated was because of Kaka’s perceived perfection.
She was born on 26th July 1987 in São Paulo, Brazil. Her father is Celso Celico, and her mother is Rosangela Lyra. She also has one younger brother, Enrico. Celico spent most of her youth living with her mother, the director of designs at Christian Dior S.A., following their parents’ divorce. She did her schooling at St. Paul’s School in São Paulo.
Caroline Celico met Ricardo Kaká in 2002 while she was still in school, and the two fell in love right away. Celico joined Kaká’s church around that period and went on to become a pastor. On December 23, 2005, the couple tied the knot in São Paulo. They are parents to a girl and a son, son Luca Celico Leite (born 10 June 2008) and daughter Isabella (born 23 April 2011). But in 2015, the couple made their divorce public on social media.
Afterward, in 2021, she married Eduardo Scarpa Julião, her longtime lover. On November 26, 2023, she revealed that she was expecting a boy, Rafael.
