The young son of builder Vishal Agarwal, Vedant Agarwal struck many cars with his speeding Porsche on Sunday night, resulting in two fatalities as seen in the accident video

Around three in the morning on Sunday, there was an accident in Kalyani Nagar. The son of Vishal Agarwal lost control of his Porsche while he was driving it and collided with many other cars. The two bike riders, Anis Avlia and Ashwini Kosta, died instantly in the collision.

The court granted bail to Vedant Agarwal, the accused just fifteen hours after the tragic accident that left two people dead with him represented by lawyer Prashant Patil. Despite his driver being present in the car as well along with two of his friends, Vedant had insisted on driving the car.


Vishal Agarwal is a well-known builder who hails from Pune, India. His company Brahma Realty is a stand-alone property management firm that works in India’s financial hub Pune. It was founded in 2007. They provide a wide range of property management services, catering to the needs of Indian citizens as well as NRIs (non-resident Indians), including buying, renting, selling, and reselling properties.

According to reports, a complaint was filed against the 17-year-old son of Vishal Agarwal under the applicable laws after the collision occurred at about 3:15 in the morning.  He passed his 12th grade examination and was out to celebrate with his friends. They first went to Cosie bar and the to Blak club. It is still not known that how Vendant got access to the bar.

Following a gathering at a Kalyani Nagar restaurant, a bunch of students were riding their motorbikes home. Upon reaching the Kalyani Nagar intersection, a high-end car struck one of the motorcycles, causing both of its riders to tumble out of the car and pass away instantly, according to the police report.


According to the media report, the automobile struck the pavement railings by the side of the road after taking out the two. A number of people were seen assaulting the driver as he attempted to escape in a video that went viral on social media.

At the Yerawada police station, a case was filed against the driver under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including 279, which prohibits “rash driving or riding on a public way,” 304A, which forbids “causing death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide,” 337, which forbids “causing hurt to any person by doing any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life or personal safety of others,” and 338, which punishable by severe harm and under the Motor Vehicles Act.
