On Thursday, the company suggested a new competition that would see 64 men’s and 32 women’s clubs play midweek games in a league structure throughout Europe.
A22 CEO Reichart stated that fans would be able to watch games for free on a fan-focused streaming platform during a presentation that was broadcast on YouTube. Reichart, however, declined to name any clubs that might join the new league.
