Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dalla, who left India in July 2020, is included in a dossier compiled by Indian intelligence agencies as one of the pro-Khalistani forces residing in Canada.

Back in 2021, an assistant sub inspector was fired by senior superintendent of police Dhruman H. Nimbale for allegedly assisting Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dala in boarding a flight to Canada.

The Dalla Lakhbir gang is run by Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dalla, and Lakhbir Singh Sandhu and its members have been operating from Canadian soil and carry out criminal activities. The gang has now taken responsibility for the murder of Goldy Brar.

28-year-old Arsh Dalla, who is originally from the village of Dalla in the Moga district, has a history of involvement in organised crime and affiliations to radical organisations like the International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) and the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). Additionally, he has ties to the infamous Canadian mobster Goldy Brar. Arshdeep is a Punjabi.

Dalla, his wife and their daughter had been residing in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, the same location as Nijjar but their names aren’t known. His passport was issued on September 1, 2017, by the Regional Passport Office in Jalandhar and it will expire on August 31, 2027.

When he began his career 2020, his main activities were funding, coordinating the cross-border supply of weapons, raising terror modules, and planning targeted executions in Punjab. According to the document, Dala has a more murderous history than the late KTF head Nijjar.

In July 2021, Arsh Dala and Hardeep Singh Nijjar organised a three-person KTF unit that killed Tejinder, also known as Pinka, the proprietor of Sunshine Clothes Store in Moga. Additionally, in the same month, there was an attempt to abduct and murder Shakti Singh, an accused sacrilege.

He was involved in the November 2020 murder of Dera Sacha Sauda disciple Manohar Lal in Bathinda. On criminal Sukhpreet Singh’s Facebook page, Arsh Dala took credit for the murder.

Dala was involved in planning of an assault on Hindu priest Pragya Gyan Muni in January 2021 at Phillaur, Jalandhar, by allies Ram Singh, also known as Sona, and Kamaljeet Sharma, also known as Kamal.
