On Tuesday, November 28, in a small and private wedding ceremony in Gorakhpur, Team India and Delhi Capitals (DC) pacer Mukesh Kumar wed Divya Singh, however, this is not the only reason why he is going viral on the internet.

The Indian bowler took time off to tie the knot while the Australia series was still in progress. The venue of Mukesh Kumar’s marriage was Gorakhpur. The Indian bowler was not present for the third Twenty20 International match in Guwahati against Australia, but he is expected to be back for the remainder of the series. Meanwhile, he said something in his wedding reception for which the Indian cricketer is going viral on social media. The Indian fast bowler said:
‘Match Bhi Inke Sath Acha Khelunga.”

While saying this, the newlywed had a big smile on his face. The pacer had been granted leave for his big day, by BCCI. The rising cricketer was seen dancing with the attendees while his wife was also seen grooving to music.
Mukesh Kumar has been tidy with the ball since captain Suryakumar Yadav has faith in him to bowl in the T20I series final innings. Even though the visitors scored 208, he played a crucial role in the match since he hit several excellent yorkers and only let up 5 runs in the final over of the Australian innings.
After the second Twenty20 International, rising star Mukesh departed for Gorakhpur to participate in his wedding festivities. The player was engaged to his now wife Divya Singh this year in February.
Mukesh was replaced by Avesh Khan who, for the first time since the Asian Games in Hangzhou, joined the T20I team again and India’s side added pacer Deepak Chahar for the balance of the series.
Though he has only taken one wicket in his two appearances, Mukesh Kumar has been fairly effective at the end of games, bowling some pinpoint yorkers.
