Everyday 420 fame Texas-based rapper BFG Straap has reportedly died tragically after being shot in South Dallas with his death video viral
The rapper was one of 2 victims of the shooting that took place on Thursday along Casey Street near Malcolm X Boulevard.

The other victim of the shooting is identified as a 26-year-old man named Cory Medina Lucien. Cory died on the spot after being shot.
However rapper BFG was found by the Cops in a wounded condition. The rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital but was shortly after pronounced dead.
The shooting incident occurred on Thursday afternoon at around 3:30 PM when Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Casey Street in South Dallas.
The Cops found Lucien wounded with multiple gunshot wounds at the scene. Later, he was pronounced dead on the spot.
As of now, no arrests have been made, though Police are searching for the suspect. The motive behind the shooting is also not clear yet.
Investigators have started to ask for public support to provide information they have to Homicide Detective Kim Mayfield at 214-671-3646.
The tragic news of the rapper’s demise was confirmed by his manager via an Instagram post.
Manager of BFG took to his Instagram and shared a picture of the deceased and penned down, “My heart in a million pieces right now!” She told the fans, “If I don’t respond y’all know that’s not like me but I will tho I’m just hurting too bad right now.”
A video from the crime scene where the shooting had taken place has now gone viral on the internet. In the video police can be seen barricading the spot with yellow tape.
A user who posted the video on Twitter, expressed, “Sad news, Dallas rapper BFG Straap was shot and killed in South Dallas. Rest In Peace.”
After learning the sad news of the rapper’s demise, his fans were heartbroken as they took to social media to express their grief.
The rapper was born in Dallas, Texas on January 7, 2000. As per his official website, the rapper “has experienced what seems like a lifetime of hardship, heartache, and various ups and downs.”
The singer was best known for blending his writing skills and street artistry to create a unique Urban and Southern Hip Hop Sound.
BFG has released his album STRAAP A MANIAC in July 2019, followed up with STRAAP’S R US in May 2020.
His latest album happens to be 11:11, which was released less than a month ago. The rapper was quite popular among his fans as he had around 10,000 subscribers on his YouTube Channel and more than 17,400 monthly listeners on Spotify.
In his Career, BFG has worked with several other renowned artists such as Gunna, Lil CJ Kasino, YBN Almighty Jay, Trapboy Freddy and Splurge. His net worth stood at $250,000.
