In the previous episode, fans saw Phupha having dreams about the memories from World 1. Then Kram arrives after getting an invitation from him. He also tells about his life in the other World. After hearing that, Phupha was finally able to understand why Kram saved him from crossing all over and saving him.
Next in the show, we see Tai leading Kram to a cave and asking him to draw his portrait. On the other hand, we see Wayu who meets up with Jao who is depressed and heartbroken. It was because of Tai and Kram’s relationship.
Meanwhile, Tai and Kram were engaging in some intimate and hot moments together. But then we see Kram coughing some blood. Tai got scared and took him to the hospital. There they learned that Kram has a disease called Lumana. It is a virus that is slowly destroying his internal organs.
So how does this disease affect him? Kram will have headaches and illusions daily, and he will get weaker and weaker day by day. He might even faint and won’t be able to wake up ever again. There is no medicine in the world that can heal this disease 100%.
This was how the fans were left on a cliffhanger with Kram disease. However, Phupha still wants to stay in this world and help his friend. Maybe they might find some kind of solution in another world and help Kram to get better.
