2023 Thailand Masters women’s singles quarterfinal schedule, date, venue, fixtures, & other details
Although Ashmita began her second-round tie versus sixth-seed Line Kjaersfeldt in style to win the opening set by score of 21-19, her Dane opponent won the second-set to force a decider. Following neck-to-neck contest in the final set, Ashmita ultimately lost the set by score of 27-29 and was eliminated from this BWF Super 300 event.
Meanwhile, Kjaersfeldt has sealed her berth in the quarterfinal and is schedule to face-off against in-form Chinese shuttler Han Yue. On Friday, all quarterfinal matches will be played following which, the semi-final line-up will be decided. Among the other matches of tomorrow, Sim Y-j will clash against Supanida Katethong with a spot in the semi-final at stake.

2023 Thailand Masters: BWF points award system
It is known that the 2023 Thailand Masters will receive 7,000 BWF points under the BWF Points System as opposed to the runner-up, who would receive 5,950 points. Following her unfortunate second-round elimination, Ashmita Chaliha’s campaign at this tournament prematurely with only 2,750 BWF points.

2023 Thailand Masters: prize money distribution
According to announcements, the total prize fund for this BWF Super 300 event will be $210,000, with $15,750 going to the winner of the women’s singles competition. Unfortunately, Ashmita was eliminated from the tournament’s second-round and hence, she will return home with $735 prize money.
