2023 Street League Skateboarding Championship Tour new format

This year’s SLS will feature a new one-day competition format involving a men’s knockout stage. Ahead of the championship stop, the men’s c ompetition will be divided into four groups of five.

During this round, only the skaters with the highest score in each group will move on into the final alongside last year’s Super Crown winner, Ribeiro.

Aside from this, there will also be a ‘second chance’ spot in the final round for the highest-scoring skater from across all of the groups. The final six teams will then compete for the prestigious title. This year, the women’s competition will not include any knockout stage and will instead begin with a final, which features six pre-seeded skaters.

Besides the new competition format, the competition will also feature rotating roster spots. This year’s competition will also feature more qualifications, which will bring in more different skaters at each stops.
