He was born in Melbourne, Australia, on April 6, 2001. His parents were Australians of Italian descent. His father’s name is Chris Piastri and his mother’s name is Nicole Piastri.
In order to advance his racing career, he relocated to the UK in 2016. In addition to racing, he enjoys basketball, cricket, and wakeboarding.
He attended Haileybury College in Melbourne before transferring to Haileybury College in Hertford, United Kingdom.
