Seth Rollins was attacked by a deranged fan during WWE Monday Night RAW with the attacker subsequently arrested
With WWE viewership dwindling across the course of 2021, one WWE fan decided to take matters into his own hands.
What the company has failed to offer in a long time was quenched by the fan in question as he jumped on Seth Rollins during Monday Night RAW. As Rollins was making his way backstage after his win in the bygone edition of RAW, the irate fan for reasons unknown ended up jumping the barricades before spearing Rollins.

And he managed to land a lethal blow as well with referees and security needing to intervene before Rollins was able to wriggle free of the grasp he was in. The fan was subsequently arrested and charged with two felonies with WWE asserting that the incident was in no way staged.

The 35 year old wrestler who jetted off to Los Angeles after the incident talked about what had transpired and his feelings towards the attack.
The 24 year old fan who was arrested by the New York Police Department will now appear in court in December for a hearing in the case. Rollins spoke about not wanting the fan to be allowed into arenas in the future.
