An alleged rap video clip of 17-year-old Vedant Agarwal, the minor defendant in the Pune Porsche automobile collision case is trending on social media

In the viral video, Vedant Agarwal can be seen rapping a rap he wrote that cautions against “getting back on the road again.”

Agarwal is charged with driving under the influence and killing two people in Pune on Sunday, May 19, when his Porsche collided with a bike carrying a man and a woman.

In the rap video, Vedant Agarwal sings, “Karke baitha main nashe in my Porsche, saamne aaya couple mere ab woh hai neeche, sound so cliche, sorry gaadi chad gayi aap pe.”

The boy continues to abuse in the allegedly recorded video. The accused took the startling video at home after being given bail. Everyone has been surprised by the accused’s extreme brazenness and lack of remorse on the video. According to a web post by a Marathi news outlet, Vedant Agarwal’s family has denied his involvement in the video.

There are also allegations that Vedant posted a mocking Instagram story about the two people who died. It has now been confirmed that it was not Vedant in the video but a rapper who goes by Cringistaan2 on Instagram, real name Aryan.

Vedant Agarwal’s bail cancelled

The 17-year-old who was reportedly engaged in an automobile accident had his bail revoked by the Juvenile Justice Board on Wednesday, May 23, in response to the outrage. He was then placed under supervision in a home until June 5.

Within fifteen hours on Sunday, May 19, the board had granted him bail and required him to submit a 300-word essay about traffic accidents. Numerous sources expressed their disapproval of the order.

There was a lot of criticism about the Juvenile Justice Board’s moderate sentence of having the kid charged write an essay. But when the need for justice got louder, the authorities took action against the accused and his father, Vishal Agarwal.

The accused’s builder father, who had been on the run since the case and was supposedly also in possession of a well-thought-out escape plan, was apprehended by the police and given two days of police prison by a local court.

According to Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Nirbhaya Law allows a minor, who is between the ages of 16 and 18, to be tried as an adult due to the seriousness of the offence.
