Henry Ruggs III who recently missed an alcohol test after in car accident was asked to wear a 24 hour ankle monitor by a judge 

For someone who ended up causing massive upheaval in the life of Tina Tintor’s family after killing her and her golden retriever Rex in a car crash, ex-Raiders player Henry Ruggs III clearly has no remorse.

Captured hopping onto NBA 2K22 moments after posting bail, Henry also went onto miss a scheduled alcohol test. Henry who faces more than 50 years in jail if he’s convicted of the multiple felonies he’s been charged with recorded a blood alcohol level of 0.661 at the time of his crash with him said to have downed 18 drinks before getting behind the wheel of his car with his girlfriend Kiara Washington.

Henry who had crashed into 23 year old Tina’s Toyota with his Corvette had recorded a speed of 127 miles at the time of impact. He was asked to submit an alcohol test while in home confinement, one which he ended up skipping.

However, he was been extremely lucky with the judge deciding not to rescind his bail order despite the missed test. In a new ruling, Henry has now been ordered to undergo alcohol monitoring around the clock with him asked to wear an ankle device that will measure the levels of alcohol in his system through his skin.

Henry’s legal team has meanwhile claimed that it were the firefighters who resulted in Tina’s death with them turning up to the scene of the crash 20 minutes after it occurred, a delay the lawyers claim lead to the girl’s death and not Henry crashing into her.
