Even though Gamescom 2022 only began this week with Tuesday’s Opening Night Live segment, which included trailers and game announcements for a variety of titles, the dates for the 2023 event have already been determined, know the schedule and location
It has been determined that Gamescom 2022 will occur largely on the same dates as this year’s event, with the trade show’s official schedule calling for it to take place from August 23 to August 27.

Opening Night Live, which will once more feature other new announcements and whatnot, will come before this show.
What To Expect From Gamescom 2023 And Where Is It Located?
Geoff Keighley, the host of Gamescom’s Opening Ceremony Live presentation, revealed the dates for the event in a picture he tweeted.

The picture displayed a banner during this year’s Gamescom event that provided information about the following event.
Opening Night Live will take place on August 22, 2023, meaning that the entire event will span from a Tuesday through a Sunday once more, exactly like Gamescom will this year.
Even though Gamescom is still going on and there are still a few days of live streams as well as showcases to go, the major announcements were reserved for the now-gone Opening Night Live event.

These featured cameos from titles like the much anticipated Dead Island 2 and a revised Gotham Knights release date.

With the exception of a brief clip showcasing the new DuelSense controller, PlayStation was conspicuously absent from Gamescom 2022’s Opening Night Live. However, there are speculations suggesting that a PlayStation Showcase may soon take place in the coming weeks. But since it hasn’t been confirmed yet, for the time being, all we have are the Gamescom announcements to consider.
Keep a look out for new announcements as they become available; Gamescom 2022 is currently underway and runs until August 28.
It has finally been made clear everywhere. Leslie Benzies, the famed former Rockstar producer who founded Build A Rocket Boy, opened Gamescom’s Opening Night Live with a trailer and a release date.
Even more enigmatic than the game is the trailer. It featured a verdant forest, a bustling city, a desolate desert, and a raging caldera, all of which appeared to involve some form of auto racing.
