F1 Hungarian GP: Circuit Length and Fastest Laps

A magnificent race weekend awaits at the Hungaroring which is one of the slowest race tracks in the Formula 1 calendar with 11 braking zones which proves to be a tricky challenge for even some of the most experienced F1 drivers.

This 4.381km track will feature a 306.63 km long race over 70 laps at the Hungaroring which consists of fourteen corners and the average speed of the cars on the circuit is 187km/per hour which is relatively slow as compared to other tracks.

Lewis Hamilton set the fastest lap last time at the Hungaroring with this time clocked at 1:16.627. Therefore, he will be a favorite again to win this season’s Hungarian Grand Prix where usually the lead driver isolates himself from the traffic behind and secures a comfortable victory.

Tyre Allocation and Live Stream And Telecast

The drivers will be allocated two sets of C2 hards, three sets of C3 mediums, and eight sets of C4 soft tires in this weekend’s race in Hungary where tire management is a key factor to emerge victorious at the Hungaroring.

Due to the scarcity of long straights, It is very difficult for tires to cool down in this constant shape-changing Hungaroring which sees one of the highest rates of pit stops in the Formula 1 calendar.
