F1 Canadian GP 2022 Schedule, Date, Time, Tickets Price, Location, Weather, Track, Live Stream In UK, US, GP IST Timings

The 2022 F1 season will see the return of Canadian Grand Prix on 19th June, and attention now shifts to Montreal, we take a look at the schedule, dates, time, venue, weather condition, and live stream details along with the tickets of the GP

The F1 paddock travels 5,500 miles from Baku to Montreal for the first time in three years, after the Canadian race was withdrawn from the calendar in 2020 and 2021 because to the COVID-19 pandemic. It presents a relative unknown on F1’s return to Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in front of a projected bumper crowd, similar to the Australian GP earlier this season.

Max Verstappen has won four of the last five races, with the exception of the Monaco Grand Prix, which he lost to Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez, giving him a 21-point lead in the F1 drivers’ standings.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix was a difficult day for Ferrari, as both cars retired due to technical troubles. It was the second time in three races that Charles Leclerc has led a race but failed to finish due to a power unit malfunction, and it has severely harmed their title ambitions.

Ferrari, on the other hand, has an immediate chance to make amends this weekend in Montreal, and there are plenty of reasons to be positive. For starters, Leclerc had a decent opportunity of winning all three of the previous races, with the two retirements sandwiched between a strategic blunder by Ferrari in Monaco.

Now the F1 season is off to Canadian Grand Prix, where lower downforce setups are preferred to allow for decent top speed, especially on the run to the final chicane and pit straight. While Leclerc and Ferrari were dealing with the emotional fallout from yet another DNF last weekend, Lewis Hamilton was dealing with physical discomfort in his Mercedes as he battled bouncing in Baku.

When a car rises and falls in time as the amount of downforce peaks or the car’s level of bottoming out over bumps, the Mercedes drivers are definitely having a rough time at the moment.

2022 F1 Canadian Grand Prix Race Track, Expected Weather, And Other Details

It’s a course that puts the drivers’ precision to the test, with lots of time to be gained by carrying speed through the chicanes and onto the straights, but with the track edge largely delineated by concrete walls where mistakes are penalized on a regular basis.

This usually results in terrific racing – with overtaking conceivable into Turn 1, the hairpin, and, most importantly, the final chicane – in front of a passionate and knowledgeable crowd who always creates a great atmosphere whenever Formula One visits town. It’ll be great to see you again.

The weather in Montreal is expected to be mixed throughout the race weekend, with rain showers expected on Friday, followed by dry and warm weather on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, highs of 21 degrees Celsius are forecast for the start of the race, eight degrees cooler than the Azerbaijan Grand Prix last year.

Recent Complaints by F1 Drivers

Many drivers have spoken out about the problem and want to talk to the FIA about it, but the fact that other teams aren’t having the same problems suggests it’s a weakness in the vehicle designs of those who are having trouble, and no concessions should be made.

The long straights near the finish of the lap in Canada could cause similar problems this weekend, when we’re sure to see more drivers confronting a physical strain. However, how terrible the situation is and what possible solutions could be implemented are questions that continue to split opinion.
