Shushila Devi, an Indian judoka, took home the silver medal in the women’s 48kg division at 2022 Commonwealth Games. Meanwhile, India won its second judo medal of the day as Vijay Kumar won the bronze medal in the men’s 60kg division.

In the judo women’s 48kg final at CWG 2022, South African Michaela Whitebooi defeated Indian Shushila Devi in 4 minutes and 25 seconds. Shushila Devi received the silver medal, her second in the annals of the Commonwealth Games, despite the loss.
Her previous medal was from the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. At the ongoing Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham, Vijay Kumar Yadav earned the bronze medal in the Men’s 60kg Judo competition. In the bronze medal match, the Indian judoka defeated Mauritius’ Winsley Gangaya.

2022 Commonwealth Games Where to Watch: Live Stream & TV Telecast?
On Tuesday, Indian Judokas will compete in judo matches from Birmingham that will be live streamed in India on the Sony TEN 1, Sony TEN 2, Sony TEN 3, Sony SIX, and Sony TEN 4 channels. Both the Sony LIV app and website will stream the games live, allowing Indian fans to easily keep up with the action as it happens.
