Here is the full players entry list for BNP Paribas Open 2023, check out who is playing and who is not in the Indian Wells this year
The Indian Wells Masters is ready to return in March as it is one of the most prominent tennis events after the Grand Slams.
When World No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka comes to Indian Wells after winning her first Grand Slam championship at the 2023 Australian Open, all attention will be on her.

On the WTA side of Tennis Paradise, Sabalenka and World No. 1 Iga Swiatek will be the favourites. The defending champion is attempting to become the first woman to win back-to-back titles in the desert since Martina Navratilova (1990, 1991).
Last time in the BNP Paribas Open 2022, Swiatek defeated Maria Sakkari in straight sets to win the title.
Many young WTA stars seeking their own breakthrough at Tennis Paradise will present a tough test for Swiatek and Sabalenka.
Elena Rybakina, the Wimbledon champion and current World No. 10, has gotten off to a strong start this season after defeating Swiatek in Melbourne on her way to the Australian Open final.
Jessica Pegula, the current World No. 4, and Coco Gauff, the current World No. 6, are the top-ranked Americans vying to become the first American woman to win Indian Wells since 2001.
Other top-ranking WTA players, including Maria Sakkari, who finished third at the 2022 BNP Paribas Open and is ranked seventh in the world, will travel to the desert in search of their desired maiden career victory at Tennis Paradise.
Ons Jabeur, the third-ranked player in the world and a two-time Grand Slam finalist, and Caroline Garcia, the fifth-ranked player and champion of the 2022 WTA Finals, are two other well-known athletes seeking that coveted crown in Indian Wells.
Three past BNP Paribas Open champions, including Paula Badosa (World No. 21), Victoria Azarenka (World No. 16), and Bianca Andreescu (World No. 37), will join Swiatek in the quest for victory in Tennis Paradise this March.
Azarenka, a two-time champion (2012, 2016), arrives in the desert fresh off a spectacular run to the 2023 Australian Open semifinal.
The 2021 champion Badosa, who missed the Australian Open due to an injury, is back in play and will return to Tennis Paradise.
Being the first women’s single wild card champion in Indian Wells history a few years ago, former champion Andreescu (2019) stole the show and will try to repeat the magic in Tennis Paradise once again.
