Krafton sent a statement on the Battlegrounds Mobile India website apologising for the inconvenience. It reads:
“We have identified some players are experiencing login failure from 07:57, 7/8 with an error message showing ‘Server is busy. please try again later. Error code:db-error.’ We are currently trying to find the cause of the issue and will get back to you as soon as possible when fixed.”
Users of BGMI must be patient and wait for several hours till the developers address the problem because there is no way for them to handle it themselves. Until then, they can partner up using the local team invite, play Arcade or Arena matches, or both.
