The Singapore Open 2022, often referred to as the Singapore Badminton Open 2022, is a badminton tournament that is held in Singapore from July 12 through July 17 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. It has a $370,000 prize pool. This global competition will take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

2022 Singapore Open Badminton Women’s Singles Second Round Results, Fixtures, And Players List
PV Sindhu battled valiantly against world No. 59 Thuy Linh Nguyen of Vietnam. in the women’s competition and managed to win with a score of 19-21, 21-19, and 21-18 in one hour and six minutes. In the following round of the Singapore Open, Han Yue of China will face off against the two-time Olympic medalist who is seeded third.
After a spirited 16-21, 21-15, 21-11 victory over Yeo Jia Min, Thailand’s Pornpawee Chochuwong, the sixth seed, is the only other seeded player left in the women’s singles round. Saina, who won a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, defeated the Chinese player He Bingjao and advanced to the round of eight for the first time of a BWF 500 tournament in more than 2.5 years.
