JP Nadda Reveals Punjab CM Channi Refused To Take Calls During Security Breach Ahead Of PM Modi Ferozepur Rally Today

BJP President JP Nadda talked about the security lapse ahead of the PM Modi Punjab rally today with him talking about how CM Channi didn’t take calls

Despite facing insane protests and hatred from farmers in Punjab with many of them boisterously asking for his death, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remained admitted to his cause of ensuring the state continued on the path of unprecedented development.

Despite being slandered, abused and hit out at by opposition backed protesters across the course of the last year with the Punjab elections coming up in 2022, PM Modi travelled to Ferozepur to hold a rally in the state. And unlike the slew of political rallies being carried out by the opposition, the PM came with an agenda to inaugurate projects worth Rs.42,750 crore. These included the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, four-laning of Amritsar – Una section, Mukerian – Talwara New Broad Gauge railway line, PGI Satellite Centre at Ferozepur and two new medical colleges at Kapurthala and Hoshiarpur.

CM Channi Refused To Take Calls Amidst Security Lapse Ahead Of PM Modi Rally Today In Punjab

Despite the PM’s commitment despite their appalling and deranged motives, Narendra Modi was subjected to a colossal security breach with so called farmer protesters blocking his route. PM Modi was travelling from Bhatinda to Ferozepur by road with him finding himself stranded on a flyover for 20 minutes as the Punjab Police decided to drink tea with the protestors instead of adhering to the security norms.

In the aftermath of the incident, BJP President JP Nadda spoke about how Punjab CM Channi had refused to take calls to resolve the issue as the PM was left at the behest of the blood thirsty protesters.

“It is sad that the PM’s visit to launch development projects worth thousands of crores for Punjab was disrupted. But we will not let such cheap mentality hinder progress of Punjab and will continue the effort for the development of Punjab,” BJP president JP Nadda said.

“To make matters worse, CM Channi refused to get on the phone to either address the matter or solve it. The tactics used by the Congress government in Punjab would pain anyone who believes in democratic principles,” Naddal further added.
