AlphaTauri Principal Franz Tost Asks Team Members Who Have A Problem With The F1 2022 Calendar To Quit

AlphaTauri’s Franz Tost has minced no words with him blatantly asking all team personnel who have an issue with the F1 2022 calendar to exit the side

While the full F1 2022 calendar hasn’t come out as of now, a provisional one has gone onto reveal that we are going to be in for a congested and hectic season. Formula 1 is finally set to go ahead with its plans of expanding its calendar in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic with the impending season set to see us be in for a record 23 races.

F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has also gone onto reveal that the new schedule will see the season commence from March in 2022 and finish in mid-November rather than the traditional December period. Along with a slew of sprint races, the imminent season makes for a grueling and vigorous one.

However, AlphaTauri’s Principal, Franz Tost has no such qualms. In a straightforward message to his team members, he has asked any employee having a problem with putting in the extra hours to quit before the 2022 campaign begins.

โ€œRegarding the people at the track, first of all we are a race team and they all should be happy we have as many races as possible.

โ€œEngineers, it is a little bit more difficult but if I remember back to former times, they had to go after a race weekend to do tests, which means they also had to work there.

โ€œI think we should all be happy that we are in a position where F1 has 23 races and if someone doesnโ€™t like it, they should go,” the AlphaTauri Principal said.
