Nathaniel Hackett And Megan Hackett
Nathaniel and his wife Megan Hackett were college sweethearts after they met as students at the University of California, Davis. They have 4 children together, 2 sons and 2 daughters named, Harrison, London, Briar, and Everly. While her DOB isn’t known, she is aged between 35-42 years.
They both are apparently big fans of Star Wars movies and they never missed a movie premiere, even if it falls during the season. Nathaniel and Megan shifted their family from Green Bay, Wisconsin during last January, where he was formerly an offensive coordinator for the Packers.
Who Is Nathaniel Hackett’s father Paul?
Nathaniel Hackett is not the only football coach in his family. His father, Mr. Paul was a head coach at the collegiate and professional levels for decades. Like Nathaniel, Paul began his coaching career during his academic years at UC Davis. Paul coached at Cal, the University of Southern California, and the University of Pittsburgh during his college football days. He was also the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback coach in 1981 to 1982 and the San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback and wide receivers coach from 1993 to 1985.
Paul Hackett further was the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1993 to 1997. During that time, Nathaniel was the Chiefs’ ballboy in training camp. After 3 years of stint back at the USC, this time as head coach, Paul returned to the NFL as the offensive coordinator for the New York Jets from 2001 to 2004. He was then the quarterback’s coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, he worked on special projects for the Oakland Raiders before returning to the coaching realm as the Raiders’ quarterbacks coach from 2009 to 2010.
Hackett then retired from coaching and his combined record as being head coach at the University of the Pittsburgh and USC is 32-38-1. Whether Nathaniel will take a while for getting off from coaching remains to be seen in the coming months as coaching jobs become available.
