After he was hospitalized on Tuesday for “a reassessment of chemotherapy treatment,” the 82 years old has stopped receiving treatment for his cancer and instead is now undergoing measures aimed at relieving pain and shortness of breath. Pele was being treated for colon cancer and he was diagnosed with a respiratory infection also for his suffering.
Just two days ago his condition got worsened, Pele’s daughter Kely Nascimento thanked all his fans for giving all their love and support via an Instagram upload.
