During Pakistan’s T20 World Cup 2022 Super 12 match against Zimbabwe, Pakistani skipper Babar Azam showed off his fielding skills by collecting a spectacular catch in the slip. Shadab Khan bowled Chakabva for a thick edge in the slip in the 14th over of Zimbabwe’s batting innings.
The ball appeared to go away from slips towards the boundary as the bowl moved with pace, but Pakistani skipper Babar Azam made it happen against all odds as he exhibited a superb piece of fielding performance and dived off to grab a spectacular catch.

Chakabva was dismissed for a duck, and the entire Pakistani team raced to applaud the captain’s spectacular catch. Babar Azam has now been included in the list of outstanding catches from the 2022 T20 World Cup.

Pakistan suffered a crushing loss at the hands of Zimbabwe
Pakistan had to endure a heavy defeat at the hands of Zimbabwe in the Super 12 game of the T20 World Cup in 2022.
