She was the second-highest run-scorer in last yearโs tournament with 107 runs in 3 innings at an average of 35.66 with 68 being his highest score.
- Harmanpreet Kaur: Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur leads the Supernovas in the womenโs IPL. She is known for aggressive batting and six-hitting ability, one of the most aggressive batters in womenโs cricket, Harmanpreet had scored 92 runs in 3 innings in the last edition of the Womenโs t20 challenge. The supernovas have won two titles under her leadership.
- Mithali Raj: Veteran Mithali Raj is the captain of Team Velocity. She is a legend in womenโs cricket. She holds the record for the most runs by any player in womenโs international cricket. She is the only player to score 1000 runs in the women’s world cup and holds many more such records. She didnโt perform that well in last yearโs tournament but sheโs a legend and will surely bounce back next time.
- Sophie Eccelstone: English left-arm spinner and number t20 bowler in womenโs cricket, Sophie Eccelstone plays for the Trailblazers in womenโs IPL. She is excellent with the ball and is a genuine wicket-taker. She picked 5 wickets in three games last year at an economy of 4.92 including a 4-for. She was an important part of the Trailblazersโ winning campaign last season.
- Jhulan Goswami: Arguably the greatest fast-bowler in Womenโs cricket, Indian veteran Jhulan Goswami also plays in the womenโs IPL. She is part of the Trailblazers squad in the tournament. Jhulan is the highest wicket-taker in Womenโs ODIs, sheโs the only player to have picked 200 wickets in WODIs. She had 3 wickets in 3 games at an economy of 4.27. Jhulan is a legend of the game and is surely one of the top players to play in the womenโs IPL.
