Fire Emblem Engage Release Date, Characters List, Gameplay And Trailer
Classic characters will return in Fire Emblem Engage in a novel way
Four nations surround their holy land in the country known as Elios, according to Fire Emblem Engage. The inhabitants of Elios previously requested assistance from the heroes from other planets, known as Emblems, in their battle against the wicked Fel Dragon.
One thousand years later, the Fel Dragon’s cage is beginning to crumble, and a hero awakens to answer the call. Fans of Fire Emblem were treated to a fantastic sequence that featured both new and recognisable Fire Emblem characters and hotly contested battles.
This latest trailer introduced several new characters. The heroes of Elios were seen engaged in combat with the new foe, the Corrupted.

The main character, Clear, who has blue and red hair, has been dozing off for a thousand years since the Fel Dragon was vanquished in a fabled conflict. The character can be either a man or a woman, according to the artwork for the trailer.
- Alear: A Divine Dragon, who has awakened to battle the Corrupted
- Vander: A white-haired Paladin/Cavalry unit, mounted and wielding an axe
- Etie: A young archer, wielding an iron bow
- Framme: A ninja/martial artist clad in red plaid
- Louis: A heavily armored soldier wielding an iron lance
- Chloe: A Pegasus Knight, wielding a slim lance
With a fun and fresh twist, Fire Emblem Engage will carry on the series’ illustrious legacy of turn-based strategy. Alear will be able to call on other emblems to fight alongside him by using the Engage Emblem.
Alear can wear a variety of Emblem Rings, enabling the main character to call specific characters into battle. They can be seen holding both Marth and Sigurd’s rings in the teaser.
