Yaqub Salik Talib is wanted as a suspect in the shooting that happened on Saturday following a rumoured argument between the coaching staff and an officiating crew at a juvenile football field at Lancaster Community Park, the Lancaster Police Department said on Sunday.
According to a news release from Lancaster Police, gunfire broke out amid an altercation between rival coaches and the officials that became violent. One man was shot and sent to a nearby hospital, but he did not survive long and succumbed to his injuries.
Local news sources identified him as Mike Hickmon, a youth football coach.
Yaqub Talib is listed as the shooting suspect on a warrant issued by LPD.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. His parents are Theodore Henry and Okolo Talib. He was raised in a Muslim family. He has four siblings in total including two sisters named Saran and Kai as well as a younger brother named Aqib Talib.

Several Tweets claim that his brother, not he, fired the gun. However, several consumers are reporting that the rumours are untrue. Whatever the case, it seems that these homicide cases are not warranted.
