For Kansas City Chiefs, the NFL season hasn’t been an ideal one till now. The side has been laggard and languid, slipping to a bevy of defeats owing to its lackluster brand of football.
The side’s dreary showings have left the team’s fan irate with a slew of them taking to social media platforms to hit out at the players. The defensive side of the game has come under special treatment with many livid with the lopsided performances dished out by the side this term.

However, a raft of Kansas players were unwilling to hear any criticism of their game. Anthony Hitchens and Tyrann Mathieu both commented on an Instagram post criticizing Kansas City Chiefs with Anthony going as far as to call the side’s supporters broke and people whose opinion had little bearing.
“These boys will never understand talk big on internet but want pics and autographs in person, haha me my family and kids’ family “that doesn’t exist yet” are set for life !!! Y’all keep trolling, put y’all phones down, and go get some money, BTW y’all opinions don’t matter!!” Hitchens commented on Instagram.
Tyrann meanwhile went onto call the supporters toxic, comments which are not going to win the players any love with their side’s fans. Already in a quagmire, the last thing the side needs is for its players and supporters to bicker with each other, a predicament which would further see the side sink into a soup at a time when the team needs to tread its way past thin ice.
