The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), released the full schedule for Women’s Premier League 2023 on Tuesday, February 21.
The inaugural edition will kickstart on march 4 as Gujarat Giants will face Mumbai Indians at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai and in a tweet the official handle of the WPL confirmed that actress Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani and singer AP Dhillon will perform on this occasion.

AP Dhillon, the singer, who sang famous songs like ‘Brown Munde’, ‘Excuses’, ‘Insane’, ‘Tere Te’, and many more, will be entertaining the audience with his electrifying performance with the ceremony starting at 5:30pm IST and tickets for the same can be booked on in.bookmyshow.com
Tickets are free for women while men will have to pay between Rs.100-400.
Star Sports Network has exclusive rights for television while Jio Cinema will live stream all the matches and for the UK audience, WPL will be available on Sky Sports Cricket and Sky Sports Main Event. For US, cricket lovers can watch WPL matches live on Willow TV.

WPL auction 2023
The WPL 2023 auction featured an intense atmosphere where Indian opener Smriti Mandhana turned out as the most expensive player. The Royal Challengers Bangalore beat the Mumbai Indians to sign the Indian vice-captain for a massive 3.40 crore rupees.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians paid around 1.80 crore rupees to secure Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur. Meanwhile UP Warriorz paid a staggering 2.6 crore rupees for all-rounder Deepti Sharma.
Women’s Premier League 2023 international players
The competition will feature 13 international players who have accepted the INR 50 lakh reserve price. The list features players like Ellyse Perry, Sophie Ecclestone, Sophie Devine, and Deandra Dottin.
