Starting 1st May, the participants for 2024 World’s Strongest Man will be battling to clinch the Strongman title. Notably, this event will take place in Myrtle Beach from May 1 to May 5. In 2023, Canadian bodybuilder Mitchell Hooper was crowned as the champion and he will be eager to defend his title against the likes of Tom Stoltman and Evan Singleton.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the qualifying round featuring five different events will be contested. For this stage, thirty athletes are divided into five groups, with only the top 10 securing a spot in the finals. As per rules, the group winners will advance directly to the final, while the runners-up and third-place finishers from each group will participate in a ‘Stone Off’.

The first day of qualifiers in the 2024 WSM competition featured three events: the Webster Stones, deadlift ladder, and the sandbag steeplechase. Following a rest day on Friday, the finals stage begins on Saturday and Sunday, promising intense battles for supremacy.
