On Friday, ICC announced that the World Test Championship Final featuring India vs. Australia will feature $1.6 Million (INR 13.1 Crore) prize pool for the winners and rewards of $800,000 (INR 6.6 Crore) for the runner-up. According to the official schedule, the final tie will be played at The Oval in London from June 7โ11, with June 12 serving as a backup day.

2023 World Test Championship: prize money pool distribution & final schedule
A total prize pool of $3.8 million has been set by the International Cricket Council (ICC) and will be split among the nine teams competing in the 2021-23 World Test Championship. Australia and India will face-off in the championship match, which will kick-off at London’s The Oval on June 7. It is confirmed that the winner of the ICC WTC Final will bag $1.6 Million in addition to the WTC mace. Meanwhile, the runner-up will receive $800,000.
Each of the nine teams will receive a portion of the $3.8 million prize pool, with South Africa receiving $450,000 for taking third place in the 2021โ23 WTC standings. England, who concluded their campaign in fourth place after a late push, will receive $350,000. Sri Lanka, one of the top teams vying for a berth in the dramatic championship game’s decider, came in fifth place and took home $200,000 for their efforts. New Zealand, Pakistan, West Indies, & Bangladesh will receive a cheque of $100,000 each as they finished in the bottom-half of the standings.
