Indian men’s boxing will be represented at the 2023 IBA Men’s World Boxing Championships, know the squad, schedule and where to watch
An Indian boxing team will compete at the 2023 IBA Men’s World Boxing Championships, which will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from April 30 to May 14.

Shiva Thapa, a six-time medalist at the Asian Championships, and Deepak Bhoria, who won silver at the 2019 Asian Championships, will serve as the captains of the Indian team of 13, who will compete in the final match in Tashkent.
One of the players in the Indian team is Akash Sangwan.
The Tashkent Championships will include 640 boxers from 104 different countries, including seven current world champions including Sewonrets Okazawa, Sofiane Oumiha, and Tomoya Tsuboi of Japan.
The contest will also serve as a Paris 2024 Olympic qualification event.
The prize money for the gold medal winners is $200,000 USD. The winners of the two bronze medals will get USD 50,000 each, and the silver medal winners will receive USD 100,000.

World Boxing Championships 2023 live streaming and broadcasting details: Where to watch?
From April 30 to May 14, the IBA Men’s Boxing World Championship will be live streamed on FanCode, India’s biggest sports website.
The opening ceremony will be on April 30, while the preliminary rounds and quarterfinals will start on May 1.

The Golden Belt series, which will take place in Bangkok, Colombia, and Slovenia in July, August, and September, will come after the Men’s World Boxing Championship, which will air on FanCode for the first time this year.
