Warm-up matches between participating nations will be performed before to the opening match of the Women’s T20 World Cup in 2023. Before the start of the official tournament, all nations in each of the two groups will play two exhibition games against one another in different South African locations. There will be a total of 10 matches played prior to the big game, according to the ICC’s announcement of the schedule.
On Monday, New Zealand and West Indies will face-off in the first warm-up game before the reigning champions Australia play India in a rematch of last year’s final. Later on February 8th, the second set of exhibition games will take place with India clashing against Bangladesh to gauge their strength ahead of big matches including one versus rivals Pakistan.
